Aston Martin, the legendary British automotive company will bring its unique design aesthetic to this luxury 66 story, 390 unit tower at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way.


Aston Martin’s iconic sail-shaped highrise, designed by Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Mian Anger, overlooks Miami’s Biscayne Bay and offers sweeping views, premium amenities and sumptuous design aesthetics. The 1.25 acre site will be developed by G and G Business Developments, the real estate arm of Argentina’s Coto family.

The company will offer 390 luxury condominiums of one to four bedroom residences. Premium buyers may also be interested in the seven high-end penthouses, or the two exclusive duplex penthouses, each with their own private pools and scenic terraces.

Distinguished residents will certainly appreciate the fine attention to detail in the interior spaces, with custom designed finishes and materials reflected in the architectural details rooted in craftsmanship in Aston Martin’s vehicles, like the gorgeous metal door handles and kestral tan stitched leather details found in the Vanquish or the Vantage supercars.
